R&P OÜ (hereinafter LIINE) offers housing services in Pärnu at addresses Lai 15 and Lai 15a.
The rules and conditions explained in this document apply between the guests and R&P OÜ, the owner of the LIINE purchasing environment www.liine.ee.
The rules and conditions reflect all booking and accommodation processes. In addition to these conditions, the legal relations arising from the purchase of services and products through the booking environment of LIINE guest apartments are regulated by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
By making a reservation, the guest confirms that they have read and accepted the conditions, which are available on the LIINE website.
- INTRODUCTION
- In the LIINE booking environment, transactions may be performed by natural persons of at least 18 years of age, natural and legal persons with legal capacity. If a non-compliant person places an order, the responsibility lies with the person whose bank account or credit card was used to pay for the service.
- LIINE has the right to cancel the booking if it turns out that the person that made the booking was non-compliant with these conditions.
- LIINE guest apartments do not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18. LIINE has the right to ask for an identity document to establish the age of a person and to refuse to fulfil an order in the case of a minor client. The advance payment for additional orders containing alcoholic beverages made by a minor shall be refunded only to the extent of the cost of the alcoholic beverage to the person whose bank account or credit card has been used to pay for the service.
- BOOKINGS AND PRICING
- Guests can book housing services on the LIINE website at liine.ee or through an intermediary service provider offering LIINE services.
- The guest confirms that they are aware of the nature and goal of the available services, and the booking options and have received necessary and/or additional information necessary for booking.
- The guest confirms that they have the required information about the selected services and service suitability for their own needs.
- Guests must complete all required fields on the booking form before booking the service.
- The guest must confirm that all of the information that they have provided is valid and correct.
- The booking is regarded as confirmed after the prepayment is complete and when the guest receives a booking confirmation from LIINE.
- All prices are in euros and include the VAT established by the Republic of Estonia.
- All LIINE guest apartment service prices are visible before the booking and are valid only for the specific dates and number of people that the guest has entered into the booking system.
- The booking of the guest apartment is confirmed by a prepayment via a bank link or a credit card. When booking, we will charge your payment card for the total cost of the accommodation (including taxes) and the cost of any additional services selected by the guest.
- Paying for the accommodation
- The booking made by the guest has to be paid for in full as prepayment for the service. By paying for the booking, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted all the terms and conditions on the LIINE website.
- The amount specified on the booking page will be paid via bank transfer or Visa and MasterCard debit and credit card payments.
- You can use the bank transfer option from the following banks: Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop Pank, Citadele, Šiaulių Bankas, Medicinos Bankas, Nordea, and OP.
- When the bank transfer or card payment is complete, the customer has to register the payment by clicking „back to the merchant“.
- CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
- Bookings can be cancelled a minimum of five days before the arrival date by notifying LIINE via email at info@liine.ee or booking@liine.ee. If the conditions are met, LIINE will return the prepayment in full within seven days from the cancellation notice from the customer. If the booking is cancelled a minimum of five days before the arrival date, LIINE will return 100% of the prepayment to the same bank account, which was used to make the original booking. If the customer does not arrive at the guest apartment or cancels the booking after the mentioned deadline, the prepayment will not be returned.
- If changes are required to the booking, the customer needs to notify LIINE by emailing the address info@liine.ee and advise about the needed changes. Changes can be made to the booking minimum of five days before the arrival date. Any changes requested after this deadline will not be accepted and the prepayment will not be returned. When changing the booking, the customer has to understand that both the price and availability are subject to change.
- If the guest decides to leave the guest apartment before the end of their booking time, there will be no returns for the unused time.
- LIINE guest apartments do not request a deposit, but reserve the right to withdraw the corresponding amount from the bank account provided by the visitor as compensation for the restoration of the state of the room in case of damaged or broken things.
- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Check-in to LIINE guest apartments starts at 3 p.m.
- Early check-in is only possible by prior arrangement.
- Check-out from LIINE guest apartments has to be done by 12 p.m. If you wish to leave later, we would ask you to inform LIINE at least 2 hours before the check-out time. Late check-out is available only with prior arrangement and is at latest 4 p.m. Additional charge for every added hour is 10 euros. If the guest does not inform LIINE about the need for late check-out and does not leave before the check-out time, LIINE reserves the right to charge the guest for an additional night.
- If the guest wishes to prolong their accommodation, they need to inform LIINE a minimum of 12 hours before the check-out time.
- All bookings are personal and cannot be passed on to any other person, whether for a fee or free of charge.
- By booking accommodation in the LIINE guest apartments, the guest will be sent a phone number a few days in advance. The guest needs to call this number to open the door to the guest apartment. The phone number is active during the whole stay and the door will open by calling this number only from the number added to the booking. If you wish to change the number where you will be calling from to open the door, please notify us at least 2 days before the arrival. Additionally, you will find a key to the door and a remote for the garage in the apartment. These need to be left at the same location upon check-out.
- When the guest is checking out from the guest apartment, they need to make sure that the key to the apartment and the remote of the garage are in their original place in the apartment. In case these items are lost or not returned, the customer will be charged a penalty according to the price list.
- When you are leaving the apartment, please make sure that any used dishes are in the dishwasher and that the washing program has started.
- When you leave the guest apartment, please make sure that the general appearance of the apartment is the same as when you checked in.
- When you leave the guest apartment, please make sure that all of your belongings are with you. LIINE guest apartment team does not take any responsibility for any items that the guest leaves in the apartment, not dependent if they are personal belongings, money, valuables, or documents.
- When you leave the guest apartment, ensure that the doors are locked.
- BEST PRACTICES
- All guests need to confirm that they use the LIINE guest apartments in good will and responsibly.
- If any items from the apartment go missing or are damaged, the guest needs to immediately notify the LIINE team. If items are missing or damaged at the fault of the guest, then the guest is responsible for the issue and is required to compensate for the damage according to the price list of LIINE guest apartments.
- Guests are not allowed to take away items from the guest apartment.
- The apartment must be used for its intended purpose and maintained well. Water and electricity should be used sparingly.
- LIINE is not responsible for failures and accidents beyond its control (eg technical failures of equipment, disturbances in the provision of utilities, etc.).
- LIINE is not responsible if any personal items of the guest go missing. If any items are found in the apartment after the guest has left, the guest will be notified either via email or by phone. The items will be stored for a maximum of 2 weeks.
- LIINE guest apartments and the whole building have a no smoking policy. Smoking is allowed only in specifically marked areas outside the building. In case of violation of the rules, a fine of 200 € will be applied.
- Guests are not allowed to organize parties or other events in the guest apartments.
- Pets are not allowed in the LIINE guest apartments. In case of violation of the rules, a fine of 200 € per pet will be applied.
- The quiet period for the night in Pärnu city in the winter period starts at 11 p.m. and ends at 7 a.m. During the summer, it starts at midnight and ends at 7 a.m.
- When the guest leaves the apartment, they have to ensure that the door is locked.
- If you are not happy with the services of LIINE guest apartments, please inform us about your complaints in writing before you check out.Subsequent claims will not be considered.
- CONFIDENTIALITY
- The personal data entered in the electronic booking environment during booking and purchasing is confidential.
- LIINE does not share the client’s personal data with third parties without consent from the client, except in cases specified in law.
- When the guest is completing the booking, they need to provide their bank card data (card number, expiration time and security code) through the Montonio Finance OÜ payment environment. The bank card has to be valid at the time of the stay. LIINE has the right to check the validity of the bank card to rule out bank card fraud.
- LIINE has chosen Montonio Finance OÜ to be their internet payment service provider as this is a safe payment environment. Bank cards can be declined for various reasons: stolen or blocked cards, exceeded limits, data entry failure, etc. If there are any issues with the payment, the guest needs to contact both the LIINE team and their bank to make sure that the booking and payment can be completed.
- When making the prepayment, the payment card is charged for the total cost of the accommodation (including taxes) and the cost of any additional services selected by the guest.
- RIGHTS
- Disputes arising regarding the ordering and purchase of services or products between the guest and LIINE online booking environment will be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the guest has the right to turn to the Consumer Protection Board to protect their rights. Disputes and issues not addressed in these terms and conditions shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
- LIINE can edit and/or add to the conditions in this document. In this case, LIINE will publish the new version on their website, which will take effect immediately but will not affect the bookings made before the date when the new conditions were published (previous bookings are subject to the conditions that applied at the time of the booking).
